This three-part pilot series recognized the harmful events of opioid overdose affecting residents in nursing homes. It included interactive conversation to prevent harmful and fatal events from opioid overdose. We recognized gaps in processes at each session and identified relevant interventions that can be used with the nursing homes served by Telligen and the QIN-QIO network.
