How do I access the Telligen QI Connect™ Secure Portal?
Access to the Telligen QI Connect™ Secure Portal is available by invitation only. If you would like access, please email QIConnectPortal@telligen.com.
Registered users can login and access the Telligen QI Connect™ Secure Portal at https://portal.telligenqiconnect.com.
How do I sign in to the Telligen QI Connect™ secure portal for the first time?
Access to the Telligen QI Connect™ Secure Portal is available by invitation only. If you would like access, please email QIConnectPortal@telligen.com.
Once approved, you will receive two consecutive emails from QIConnectPortal@telligen.com. One email will contain your username. Your username will never change. The other email will contain your temporary password. Reference the emails from QIConnectPortal@telligen.com and enter your username and temporary password on the Secure Portal login page.
Some notes:
- Use Chrome, Firefox or Edge web browsers for best results.
- Your temporary password expires in seven days. Please email QIConnectPortal@telligen.com to receive a new temporary password if you need one.
- Your username and temporary password were created just for you. If you would like to extend access to another staff member, please email QIConnectPortal@telligen.com.
How do I reset my password?
Users of the Telligen QI Connect™ Secure Portal can reset their passwords by logging in to the Secure Portal and clicking on the dropdown arrow next to their name in the top right corner of the screen. There, they will see an option to Change Password.
If users forget their password, they can click “Portal Help?” and then “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset their password.
How do I give secure portal access to another staff member?
Please email QIConnectPortal@telligen.com if you would like to extend Secure Portal access to another staff member.
How do I sign in to the Telligen QI Connect™ secure portal after first access?
After you sign in for the first time with a temporary password, you will be prompted to create another password.
Your password should be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one number and one special character (e.g., @, #, $, %, *, &).
You will use the same username each time you sign in, but you will be prompted to change your password every 60 days.
If you forget your password, click “Portal Help?” and then “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it.
If more than 90 days have passed since you last signed into the Secure Portal, please email QIConnectPortal@telligen.com to receive a new temporary password.

You will receive screen hints with first sign-in to help you navigate the Secure Portal.
