Community Capacity

Building Workshops

Attention Hospital HTP and Community Engagement Teams and Community Partners!

Mark your calendars for upcoming Community Capacity Building Workshops.

The Telligen team invites you to set aside a day to convene with your community partners in the upcoming Community Capacity Building Workshops happening in nine locations across the state of Colorado in April and May. We encourage you to attend the workshop nearest to your primary community; though you are welcome to attend workshops in any location where you have a need to engage with partners.

NOTE: Due to the interactive nature of these workshops that are designed to bring hospital teams and community partners together, participating HTP hospitals can count this workshop as a Community Advisory Meeting for the purposes of Community and Health Neighborhood Engagement (CHNE) reporting for PY3Q3 (April-June 2024).

Intended Audience

    • Hospital HTP and Community Engagement teams
    • Quality directors
    • Community partners working with hospital HTP teams
    • Regional Accountable Entity (RAE) community engagement staff
    • Regional Health Connectors
    • Those leading community coalitions, collaboratives, health alliances
    • Neighborhood Engagement (CHNE) leads
    • Anyone you already engage with or want to engage with to achieve your HTP goals and build collaborative capacity!

Purpose

Provide an opportunity for structured, facilitated collaboration between hospitals and community partners to design strategies to support current HTP efforts and beyond by building community capacity and understanding “Power With.” Exploring opportunities and approaches to collectively address challenges facing your community, and share best practices.

Help us tailor our time together by completing the pre-workshop survey. If you are not able to access SurveyMonkey, use THIS LINK to a Smartsheet version instead.
