Event Description:

Is your Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program high functioning? Is it possible you could receive or have already received a F865, F866, F867 or F868 deficiency tag for not being compliant with regulation code 483.75 Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement?

Telligen is offering QAPI 101 mini collaboratives for persons in nursing home leadership, management, supervisory, QAPI, IP or MDS roles. These sessions will support each nursing home’s efforts to implement and sustain QAPI methods and instill these practices into daily tasks. The mini collaborative format is two virtual one-hour classes and two action periods to implement and/or confirm the methodologies are active in your processes. Pre-work, completed independently, is required before attending the workshops. After the two classes and action periods, nursing home teams will have the basic skills and information needed to continue practicing the learned methodologies.
