Event Description:

Nationally, 58.4% of long-term care facility staff are currently vaccinated for COVID-19. As part of our continued effort to protect residents from exposure to COVID-19, it is important to engage in conversations with staff about vaccine hesitancy to help increase staff vaccination rates.

Objectives:

During this event Dr. Leslie Eber identified strategies for conversations about the vaccine with nursing home staff, explained realistic expectations when discussing the COVID-19 vaccine, and identified actionable strategies.
