Join Telligen as we review recent changes, including an overview of how the Five-Star Ratings are calculated. This one-hour event features Angie Barrett, MSPT, Telligen’s subject matter expert on the Five-Star Ratings.

Angela Barrett, MSPT, Quality Improvement Manager

Angie Barrett is a physical therapist with over 25 years of long-term care experience. She began working in nursing homes as a physical therapist and rehab director. She briefly worked with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment where she participated in nursing home and assisted living surveys, while educating the long-term care surveyors about wheelchair positioning. In the late 90’s she began working with the Quality Improvement Organization, Colorado Foundation for Medical Care, which later became part of Telligen. She continues to work with Telligen as a subject matter expert on the Five-Star Ratings and has been working closely with the ratings since they began in 2008.
